1. Your Data Rights

As a user of the App, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correction: request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
• Right to deletion: request that your account and associated personal data be deleted.
• Right to restriction: request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to object: object to processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You can submit an account deletion request directly through the App:

• Open the App and go to your Profile.
• Select "Request Account Deletion".
• Choose a reason for your request — for example, change of department, end of employment, or no longer required.
• Confirm your request.

3. What Happens After Your Request

Once your deletion request is submitted, the following steps apply:

• Your request is reviewed by the system administrator of your plant or business unit.
• Your account will be deactivated and your personal data removed in accordance with our data retention policy.
• Inspection records and work data you created may be retained for audit and compliance purposes as required by applicable law.
• You will no longer be able to log in once the deletion is processed.

4. Other Data Choices

In addition to account deletion, you may also:

• Request correction of your profile data (name, role, email) by contacting your system administrator.
